You need to start off slowly and gradually build your workout to a level that will help you both feel and look better. Exercising daily and this does not even have to be a formal workout. Take the steps instead of the elevator, take a walk at lunchtime instead of sitting, these things and many more can help you lose those unwanted pounds. Exercise can and will make up the difference if you cheat occasionally but you need to know what to do and when.
