do this four seconds and relax seconds okay get some water if you need it whoa breathing I we're gonna be going back to our jumping jacks definitely feeling those thighs and we just started this thing Androforce X10 this might be a rough rough little workout this time with those sprint we're gonna sprint forward and sprint back okay so make sure there's nothing you can run over in your house if you're doing them inside all right jumping jacks here we go so again nice and basic this also kind of adds on to the rest in my opinion because jumping jacks aren't too strenuous but they definitely help you burn some back kick that cardio .
