To lower caloric intake while eating, drink lots of water through your supper; it helps to fill your stomach faster. Satiety is the enjoyable feeling of depth without having to be overly stuffed or unpleasant. Complete cups with ice to allow the mind reduce intake of food and to consider that your glass is total.
