Today’s AAR comes from our first shoot at DFWAP as a sponsored team.

Who showed up: Me, Mustang, Possum, Osirus, The Cowboy (with osirus), Hollywood, Scarecrow, Curly, Smoke, Brandon and Lensi (2 that played with us at C&C) Steel Ref'd

After filling out all the paper work we headed down to HQ2 to set up we seen a group heading down to deep woods and went to play with them.

1st Game: I made it there on time so they put me on one side at the break I went along the top road and got about 1/2 way. I seen 2 coming my way so I hid behind a bunker the 2 kids behind me kept shooting at the 2 coming towards me so I just waited, 1 got shot out behind me and the 2 in front came at the kid behind me just laying paint so I set my apex on the long ball and shot over my bunker I could only see their feet but the apex rose up and I got both in the chest they called out and I went down the road towards there fort our team had pushed all the way up and the other team had 2 bunkered down they were looking at the other side so I dropped the apex on them and got them both (head shots from the apex)

2nd Game: (the ghostwalkers still were not there) so we switched sides and I took off down the middle got one on the far right and after slinging a hopper of paint I took off up the hill and got behind a bunker (too my surprise) there was another player behind that bunker on the other team and he shot me in the hopper from about 4" away

3rd Game: the Rest of the Ghostwalkers got there and it was us vs. them They had Res. But we didn’t on our side we decided to do a line formation paring up and pushing forward our main objective was to take out the 3 speedballers we seen and stay tight and use a lot of communication we had Brandon, Lensi on the high road (our speedballers to over look us and for cover fire with the rest of us down low. At go we took off and our line stayed tight I had to get our high road to move up and we took out the speedballers we had pushed up to the 50 and set into a defense to let them come to us. I picked off 2 who were way back by the grass. I think we did well there was a lot of communication where the enemy was and when we had to reload etc… it looked great. (they were Res’ng fast) I had started to fog up so I made a long run up to the high road at about the 75 when one on the other team (was behind the same bunker as me) shot me in the hopper from about 6” so I was out and watched the rest of the game. They finally wore us down after about 20 minutes with Mustang (who I set to follow Brandon and Lensi with the orders to hide behind them incase they tried to take the road) and Lensi being the last ones out.

The group headed back up and we reloaded and drank a lot of water and headed off too the Radar dish

3rd Game: Me, Hollywood, Scarecrow, Smoke and Curly attacked the Radar dish from Green Base. While the others defended
We moved down the road with curly and smoke flanking hard left, about half way to the radar dish I went up to the top of the hill and Possum shot me 5 times in the neck and mask so I dropped down and Steel said your out I said I know im just resting (5 shots in the neck will do that) then Possum shot me in the knee so I yelled out that made Scarecrow and Hollywood stop going down the road and they flanked hard right too. don’t know how the rest got out but Scarecrow and Hollywood were going around the Radar dish hunting mustang who was hiding deep in the brush.

4th Game: We switched sides (Hollywood and scarecrow went to refill) so we took Osirus. I set Curly on our read flank with smoke and osirus watching the road I just waited at the base incase all else failed I seen mustang from Far off and we each shot a hopper at Very long range he said later I got him I kept shooting at long range while smoke and curly flanked and got the rest but possum. he shot one from real far away and it hit me in the hopper (so I watched the rest of the game) he was the last and came running up on osirus who told him to freeze ((??)) course he didn’t and they shot don’t know but I think osirus got him and that was game.

We called it and most went home and the rest went to play with the walk-ons

AAR
DFWAP June 14th 0900hrs.

All who attended were: Me (GiGGles), Bastitch, Balragh, Justin (came with Balragh and Bastitch), Osirus, Cowboy, Youngin (who came with Osirus) Smoke, Scarecrow, Hollywood, Bandito, Cousin (bandito’s Cousin), Mustang and Possum (( Osirus and Balragh became photographers when their markers went down))

Those who showed after the first 3 games: Tigger and Aegis

Those who didn’t show: Preacher (had Mono or something like that) and B Donk

Game 1: Mustang Village
We had Me, Balragh, Possum, Justin, Cousin and Youngin. (Cowboy?) They had Hollywood, Scarecrow, Smoke, Mustang, Bandito and Bastitch. At go Possum went to the second floor and Balragh and Justin guarded the flanks of that building. Me youngin and cousin took the bottom floor of the building to the left it had a quick access and an open door way to the middle of the court yard I told the other 2 to watch for Hollywood and them coming down the side (but they didn’t ) when I got to the open door way Bandito was trying to move down the middle of the court yard and I plugged him. I knew that Hollywood would have heard me shoot and they were to my left around the building so I pulled back and seen the other 2 inside my building up against the wall not doing anything. I went back and told them they need to watch around the outside cause they would be sneaking up (sure enough) so I went out to look and seen smoke though the crack of the door the same time as he seen me he came around blind firing I got him on the marker and he got me on the arm and hand.
2/1 seen Possum get Hollywood or Scarecrow don’t know who got the rest but We won.

Game 2: Mustang Village (swapped sides)
At go I went right and the rest went left I immediately got into a fire fight with Bandito along all 3 building we were popping out. He then went upstairs so I called justing over to watch my back and I ran up to another building and got into a fire fight with Scarecrow on the other side I was now close enough to Bandito he couldn’t see me (He could have if he looked out the window and down) I now moved up to the Third building on the right and seen Bastitch and shot him (he though I was bandito and just looked at me, till he realized) I guess all the rest were on the other side except Bandito (He must have never looked out the side I was on) so I ran to the last building and round to the other side I was now on their back side seen Mustang and shot him out. Quickly after that the game was over

Game 3: Mustang Village
Was a quickie we played mustang village wide instead of long got some one real quick (cant remember who) and shot at Balragh (who was taking pictures on the second floor) where Bandito was shooting at me and then Smoke had went down the other side and took people out one by one and came from behind and shot me.
1/1 They won.

Game 4: Two Towers (by the pond and green base) it was Us vs. Them (walk-ons/ Speedballers) they had given us maybe 2 others to make it look even enough.
At go we took off and rushed at them I took left with Justin following me, Hollywood through his smoke grenade and I think most of them took right, I stayed along the ponds edge in the tall cat tails and brush Apexing the ones who were in the grass I got 4 and made many run back before getting hit by a speedballer that was back by their base
4/1 We won that game in about 8 minutes

Game 5:Two Towers we switched sides and they took all the people extra we had had in the first game
So it was 14 to about 25.
At go I set everyone in a Deep Defense just out side our base in the woods covering the last bunkers they should have gotten too (but) now they were afraid and they went on defense too and only about 5 speedballer moved up (and the Old guy on the Roughnecks) Who got lit up by Hollywood and Scarecrow I just kept out in the Open trying to get them to shoot at me and move up. After about 10 minutes and some quick fire fights our guys got tired and started on an attack I got hit by a long ball that broke and I gave my marker to Justin who was sitting out due to marker problems and I just watched the rest of the game

We then took a good long break (and the walk-ons didn’t want to play with us again) But we didn’t get some of them talking too us about playing with us. Some were tired from the heat and went home.

After the break we had Me, Bandito, Cousin, Possum, Tigger, Aegis, Cowboy, Youngin and Mustang

Game 6: Power Station 3 defend and 6 attack
1st 3 Me, Mustang and Bandito vs. the Rest. I took left to watch the road, Bandito took the middle to watch for people trying to cross the bridge and Mustang took left to watch along the small pond. On the Right side I seen Aegis and began to shot at him long ball with my Apex seen many of them bounce off him but finally one broke and he was out. Cowboy was with him but he didn’t know where I was and kept shooting off to my right, he finally moved up and I got him too. We held till time ran out

Game 7: Tigger, Aegis and Justin vs. The Rest
At go me and Cowboy went to our left and got into a fire fight with Justin shot him out and got into another with Aegis. We had lost sight of him so I told Cowboy I would take point and when I got shot out he was to get Aegis, I seen him move in the woods to my right and let off a few shots at him I moved up and seen him laying in the woods looking at me and I lit him up, He said he though the woods were too thick to shoot through (don’t think he will think that again)
2/0 We won ( but the Ref called the game when he seen 3 talking in the defense area) but Tigger was still out there on their Right.

Game 8: Possum, Cowboy and Youngin vs. The Rest
At go Me and Bandito went to our left and seen Youngin way in the back along the road so we laid down a lot of fire and moved up on him someone was shooting at as from inside but it wasn’t enough to slow us down. Bandito got Youngin and we moved around behind the rest, we seen Possum and Cowboy talking and just as we were about to shoot Cowboy called for a paint check so we waited (we were out in the open) but Possum and Cowboy didn’t look back (I gave signals for Bandito to shoot Possum and I would shoot Cowboy) As soon as the Ref called Cowboy clean we lit them up I got Cowboy 3 times along his left hip and turned on Possum and shot at him hitting him in the goggles but he had just gotten toasted by Bandito

We were about to go back up when 3 walk-ons who wanted to shoot with us showed up so they went with me.

Game 9: Me, Brian, his son and a friend vs. The Rest
I told his son to watch our right (along the road where I had just attacked 2 times from) and told him to shoot from here first and then fall back to another position when things got hot, Brian and the Friend I put in the middle to watch down the bridge and I took left. At go I got on my side and first one I seen again was Aegis (he just couldn’t get away from me) AGAIN after hearing many bounce off him one finally broke and he was out there was somebody else over their but they fell back after I got Aegis, I looked over and seen the other 3 were firing all to the right and not watching the middle, I moved out into the creek and kept sniping at cowboy who was behind a wheel and finally he popped out at the right time and I goggled him. Time then ran down (Bandito who was the only one left) charged at about 20 seconds left coming over the bridge firing wildly and he got lit up by at least 2 from the front and I got him tallest 3 times in the side

After that the rest of us packed it up and left Bandito and his Cousin to play the rest of the day.
Hopefully Brian and those other 2 will be coming out to Euless to shoot..
